Since our employees are on site before and during the event, we can usually also accommodate your last-minute changes and equipment wishes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Furniture<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We furnish our rooms and event areas with our own tables and chairs in accordance with your specifications and seating plans. A large number of black 180\u00d775 cm, 150\u00d775 cm and 120\u00d760 cm Arne-Jacobsen chairs (Fritz Hansen Series 7) and seminar tables with red surfaces (Wogg Ginbande) are available for this purpose. Fitted with black bezels, the smaller tables make excellent reception tables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We equip the foyer areas with our 70 cm diameter aluminium standing-height tables. The tables can be used uncovered. If you wish, we can also cover the tables with stretch covers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have various lecterns. These can be adorned with your logo and the name of your event. For podium discussions, we supply our high-quality black conference chairs (Vitra Meda Chair) and side tables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For additional furniture such as bar stools, reception counters and lounge furniture, we turn to renowned rental furniture companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Seminar Room Equipment<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our rooms, which can be blacked out, are equipped with HD projectors and screens. In some rooms these are permanently installed under the ceiling; in the sub-dividable rooms they are mobile. We provide flipcharts with pads and pens, presentation boards, whiteboards and presentation cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our speakers&#8217; tables have power sockets as standard. On request, we can also equip participant seating in the rooms and exhibitor stands in the foyers with power sockets.
